While I was off work I had some physio on my feet to try and treat my plantar fasciitis. Had some acupuncture and ultrasound which helped. But now I’m running again I can feel it flaring up. I’ve always had it very much in my heels more than any other area.
Plan – short runs and concentrating hard on my foot strike. I have a heel strike running style so I’m working really hard to eliminate that and see if that makes a difference to my ongoing PF.
