I’m going to have to take a week off running and walking I think. My feet have been really painful for some weeks and it’s not getting any better. I’ve been ignoring it, running through it, just generally hoping it will get better. It hasn’t.

So a week of no along or running, lots of massage and stretching and we’ll have to see how we go from there. I really need a longer term solution (and probably some new, more supportive shoes for work).
