Today’s issues:

A training team whose service does not include printing manuals as they don’t have access to a printer (so we carry a number of manuals by hand);

A technical team – that we’re paying for – that force us to log a service desk call for emergency work. They’re down the corridor;

A reception team that won’t accept lunches for our training courses as they’re too busy. Although they will accept them from people in their own buildings. Again, we have to get them delivered to us so we can then carry them to the building with the training course. 

I know these are little irritations but a lot of them seem to make it incredibly hard to deliver the work.
